This Privacy Policy explains how Swimming in Sales, LLC ("Wexar," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Wexar CRM service and the wexarcrm.com website (the "Service").
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Swimming in Sales, LLC, located at 13345 Stone Pond Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224. You can reach us at russ@swimminginsales.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, and password when you register.
- Contact and CRM data — the customer records, notes, calls, emails, and pipeline information you enter into the Service.
- Connected-service data — with your authorization, calendar and email data from Google or Microsoft accounts you choose to connect.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data — analytics about how you use the Service, including via cookies (see Section 8).
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To sync your calendar and email when you connect those accounts.
- To send you service-related communications, including the Morning Briefing email if enabled.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
4. Google API Services Limited Use disclosure
Wexar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect a Google account, we access only the calendar data needed to display your events within the Service. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the sub-processors that operate the Service on our behalf:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google and Microsoft — calendar and email integration, when you connect them.
- Resend — transactional and Morning Briefing email delivery.
- Render and Netlify — application and website hosting.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
6. Data retention
We retain your account and CRM data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
7. Your choices
- You can access and update your account information within the Service.
- You can disconnect any linked Google or Microsoft account at any time.
- You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how the Service and website are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
